Help for Subscription Migration

Why do I need to migrate my subscription?

We are switching the billing for PACE Drive Business to our own system. If you previously subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to migrate your subscription to the new PACE Drive Business Dashboard by April 30, 2026.


What's in it for you? 

As a thank-you, you'll receive a discount for the first 3 months. On the Team plan, you'll pay just €5.99 instead of €9.99 per month – the discount is applied automatically during the migration.


How the migration works – step by step


Step 1: Cancel your existing subscription in the App Store / Google Play Store

First, cancel your current PACE Drive Business subscription directly in the respective store:

iPhone / Apple App Store:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID).
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Find the PACE Drive Business subscription and tap on it.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm the cancellation.

Android / Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top right.
  3. Select Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  4. Find the PACE Drive Business subscription and tap on it.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Note: Your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. You won't lose any features while completing the migration.

Step 2: Set up your new subscription in the PACE Drive Business Dashboard

  1. Open the PACE Drive Business Dashboard. You can access it via the PACE Wallet app (tap "Go to Dashboard") or directly through your browser.
  2. You'll see the available plans: Starter (free), Team (for small fleets), and Fleet+ (for larger fleets).
  3. Select your preferred plan – for example, Team.
  4. The discount is applied automatically. You'll see the reduced price directly on the plan selection screen.
  5. In the next step, add a payment method (e.g., credit card).
  6. Confirm your subscription by tapping "Subscribe now".
  7. Important: Billing for your new subscription only starts once your old App Store / Google Play Store subscription expires. You will not be charged twice.

Step 3: Done – Save for 3 months

Once completed, the discount for the first 3 months is applied automatically. After that, the regular price will be charged. Your subscription can be cancelled monthly.


Frequently asked questions

Do I need to re-enter my drivers or vehicle data? 

No. All your existing data – drivers, transactions, vehicles – will be preserved. The only thing that changes is how your subscription is billed.

What happens if I miss the deadline? 

Please make sure to complete the migration by April 30, 2026. If you have any questions or need help, contact our support team at support@pacedrive.com.

I'm on the Starter plan (free). Do I need to migrate too? 

No. The Starter plan is free and is not billed through the App Store or Google Play Store. No migration is needed – you can continue using the Starter plan as usual.

Where can I see if my new subscription is active? 

In the PACE Drive Business Dashboard under Subscription → Your Subscription, you can see your current plan, the price, and the activation date.
